Refund policy

You are eligible for a Replacement only if you receive manufacturing defect, wrong product or damaged items. The products should be in original condition with original tags, folds intact and returned along with the box in which the product was delivered. Customer has to raise a return request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Must include an unboxing video or provide a proper proof. The products that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for replacement or exchange under any circumstances.

Once the replacement is approved, the product will be picked up within 5-7 working days and a new product will be delivered at the time of replacement.

Cancellation Policy
Order once shipped from our place cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it is delivered to you. It will be considered for Exchange. If due to unavoidable circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, your order is not processed or the product is not shipped to you within time, the order shall stand cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded to you and no liability shall be incurred by us.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Only product price will be refunded which customer paid while purchasing the product.
